By accessing this website or purchasing from Route Welding Structures LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Use

This website is operated by Route Welding Structures LLC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or place an order.

3. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies at any time.

4. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inaccurate information

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Material or inventory limitations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices may change without notice. All orders must be paid in full before processing or shipping. We are not responsible for outdated prices shown on cached or third-party sites.

6. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you accept our Shipping Policy.
Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost shipments

  • Damage during transit

  • Weather or holiday disruptions

  • Delivery errors caused by the carrier

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Route Welding Structures LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
This includes dissatisfaction with color, style, size, design, or personal preference (“buyer’s remorse”).

No returns or refunds will be issued once an order is placed.

Warranty

We offer a 15-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty only covers:

  • Paint defects, such as peeling or irregular finish

  • Manufacturing defects, meaning structural issues directly caused by the fabrication process

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused during shipping or delivery

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse, accidents, or modifications done by the customer

  • Environmental exposure, corrosion, rust, or natural wear

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Issues reported after 15 calendar days from delivery

To file a warranty claim, customers must provide clear photos and documentation within the 15-day period.

8. Warranties & Liability

Limited Warranty

Route Welding Structures LLC provides a 15-day limited warranty starting on the date the product is delivered.

This warranty only covers:

  • Paint defects (peeling, bubbling, irregular finish)

  • Manufacturing defects directly related to the fabrication process

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Shipping or carrier-related damage

  • Improper installation

  • Customer misuse, accidents, or modifications

  • Environmental exposure, rust, corrosion, or natural wear

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Any issue reported after 15 calendar days from delivery

Customers must submit clear photos and documentation to request warranty review within the 15-day window.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Route Welding Structures LLC is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or project delays

  • Structural issues caused by improper installation or handling

  • Damage occurring during shipping or transit

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or operational slowdowns

  • Customer dissatisfaction related to size, color, design, or personal preference

All products are sold “as is”, except for the limited 15-day warranty listed above.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information

  • Reviewing product dimensions, specs, and requirements

  • Ensuring proper installation, permits, and compliance with local regulations

We are not responsible for structural issues resulting from improper installation or handling by the customer or third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, text, and logos on this website belong to Route Welding Structures LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in South Carolina.
